For your holiday in Mauritius we recommend informal and sporty clothing, sports and comfortable shoes necessary for all land excursions, headwear for women for access to places of worship. Then equip yourself with light clothes, flip flops, good quality sunglasses, high protection sunscreen and many costumes to enjoy boat excursions and the fantastic sea.
We also recommend you to bring formal and elegant garments for evening parties, or dinner as some hotels requires long pants (generally for men) to access restaurants.
Synthetic fabrics should be avoided. In the winter months, light jackets or pullovers are recommended for cooler evenings.
A light rain jacket is also recommended as a shower could take you by surprise.
